Shipping Fees and Policies
Shipping fees are calculated based on final cost of total order.
UPDATE FOR UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS ONLY. As from the 25th July 2010 the exchange Dollar rate has been reduced by 20%. This is due to export VAT which you do not have to pay.
Please note that we are not a VAT registered company,but have implemented this for customer service satisfaction. Postage rates remain the same
Little Universe will always make every attempt possible to ship CDs or DVDs ordered within a 24 hour period.
Little Universe is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the Royal Mail UK Postal Services.
Little Universe bears no responsibility for delays as a result of weather storms, employee strikes or any other complications caused on behalf of Royal Mail or affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected
shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
Return Policy - Procedures
All Faulty CD or DVD returns will need the original shipping invoice sent with your original order. Returns are processed at the discretion of Little Universe and where possible a replacement item will be sent if the product is found to be faulty. All refund request items must still be in the original packaging to recieve a full refund. Please note this will not include any shipping fees.
Return processing may take up to 28 days from the time your return
is received. Returns that require a refund may take an
additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, PayPal account. All returns must include all merchandise sold under the same order number and invoice.
