I was looking for a good quality compressor car fridge because I wanted to power it with either the Ecoflow Delta Mini or the Ecoflow Delta 2 when car camping. A compressor fridge only uses power whilst the compressor is running and then it consumes hardly any wattage at all once it’s at the set temperature. Based on the comparison table, it is understandable that if you need a mini fridge that can cool and warm your items, the Denver Small Mini Fridge or the MONCOOK Mini Fridge may be a good choice. If you need a larger capacity mini fridge that can freeze items and is designed for use in a vehicle, then the Alpicool G22 Car Fridge may be a better option. Factors to consider when choosing a fridge freezer suitable for outbuildings in the UK The port flexes inwards ever so slightly when you connect the power cord. This model is compact yet big enough to store a lot of things for a weekend trip. This unit fits conveniently into a standard 50-litre insulated takeaway delivery food bag. I didn’t quite believe it, you know how companies always exaggerate their facts and figures. But, I guess I have to ‘eat my hat’ because it absolutely did get down to zero in roughly 20 minutes. On the right hand side of the internal compartment is an ice cube tray. I haven’t yet figured out if this’ll make ice cubes regardless of what you have the overall internal temp set at. Will it freeze water if you have it set to 5 degrees Celsius, for example?This makes it perfect for pairing it with a portable power unit. My original 12v used far too much power and the Ecoflow unit would run out of juice in around 5 to 8 hours. Which, for a weekend camping trip wouldn’t cut the mustard. Even when it’s heavy and full of food, it’s still nice to carry and doesn’t cause any discomfort to the hands. The internal compartment is well insulated and even has an ice cube tray. SUPER ENERGY SAVING. Two different modes can be adjusted as needed, MAX & ECO MODE. The refrigerating system will stop operating when the car freezer reaches the set temperature and will restart to operating when the temperature in the box has risen a few degrees Centigrade/Fahrenheit.

After disconnecting, the foaming agent and insulating materials can also freeze the refrigerator for several hours. The lid is incredibly easy to open one handed, Alpicool have added a really handy chain to the lid which prevents it from over extending and damaging the hinges. I can’t help but feel that they could have used stronger hinges like the ones that are featured on the YETI Roadie 24. The chain though, is a decent alternative and perhaps a cost reduction method. MOVABLE AND LIGHT: Light and easily movable with a convenient carry handle. 10L capacity fits up to 12 x330ml cans. Great for office, bedroom, trips, holidays, camping, makeup, cosmetics, skincare….Very robust cool box with moulded carry handles for assured durability and easy portability. Cup holders molded into the lid keep drinks close and cold. LARGE CAPACITY. NX42 refrigerator is spacious enough to hold 68x335ml coca-colas or 30x500ml drinking bottles. It can be a fridge or freezer for storing many types of food and items. In the case of full load, the temperature inside the box can reach as low as -12°C to -18°C, which also depends on the ambient temperature.
