We're struggling to work out what to do for the best but I can say the SMA Lactose free definitely didn't agree with our dd. He is now 16 weeks and a totally different baby to the clingy nightmare poorly upset bub I had for 6 weeks. He's happy content and growing like a trooper. Pull the safety seal and open the lid. The scoop is provided under the lid. Lift the tab, pull on the foil seal carefully and safely remove the seal and dispose of it.
